How do I take advantage of FREE SHIPPING?
1. Place at least $100 of eliteINKandTONER.com products in your Shopping Cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Ship your items to a single U.S. address.
4. Select FREE SHIPPING as your shipping speed. Transit time for FREE SHIPPING
(via Standard Ground) orders is 2 to 5 business days after shipping. Most orders
ship within 24 hours.
5. Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!
The Fine Print
* Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed,
or preference might affect your orders eligibility for FREE SHIPPING.
* Applies only to orders with at least $100 of merchandise.
* Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only, excluding
Alaska and Hawaii.
* Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only.
* Weekend delivery cannot be requested. We use a variety of carriers to deliver
orders, and some do not deliver on weekends.
* Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
* May be used in conjunction with a promotional code. The qualifying amount
is the total amount of the products purchased before the promotional code is
applied.
* You will not receive FREE SHIPPING on your order if any items are canceled,
bringing the total below $100.
* We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE SHIPPING at any time.
Where is my order?
When we ship your order you normally will receive a tracking number from either
Fedex, UPS, or occasionally another shipping service. Simply follow the link
in your email to track the package(s) process. You can also sign
into your account using your email address and password. Your recent orders
will appear at the top of the screen. Click view next to the order in question.
Scroll to bottom of page and click tracking number associated with order in
question.
Warranty Policy: Our products are guaranteed
to be free from defects or we will replace them for a period of One Year (365
Days). Our guarantee applies to 365 days from delivery to you. No warranty is
available for products older than 365 days unless specifically mentioned in
the product description. Cartridges that have been disassembled or tampered
with are not covered by this warranty. Cartridge must be returned to us
to have warranty replacement made. Cartridges that have been sent in using
the "Remanufacture My Empty Program" (ex. Canon E40, etc) carry the
same warranty as outlined above.
OEM Products:( Brand Name, like HP, Lexmark, Canon)
are warranted by their respective manufacturers. We do not warranty new products
We will gladly provide phone numbers etc to assist you in getting any warranty
replacements from the OEM Manufacturer.
How do I return a defective product?
You must first call customer service at 828-964-5994 to receive a RMA. Upon
receiving your RMA number note number on box and return to: RMA Department.
